My name is Makiah Graham and I am 16 years old. One of my personal goals for this year is to build my savings and start being smarter with money. I have a job and I work hard, but most of the time i spend my entire paycheck, but I need to start saving in case of emergencies. I don’t specifically have a most meaningful part of my summer vacation, however the summer as a whole was meaningful because I became much closer with my friends while also learning a lot about myself. Family and friends are the most important things in my life. While some people may say school, or money, or etc., I could not do any of it without my support base of friends and family there for me to fall back on when I make a mistake or just need someone to talk to. I look forward to this school year and the opportunities it will give me to grow and learn.
