Assignment 19- Bhoomi Shah

Advice is only useful if it is practical and doable. Therefore I have not received a lot of very good advice over the years as I have felt for me personally them to be very hard as they required me to change completely. Don't stress out too much, easier said than done. But one piece of advice that has really stuck with me is to try my hardest but not care too much about the outcome. This was taught to me in Swadhay (Like church) by my teacher who told us a story of two boys studying for an exam. One boy was over stressing about it and ended up failing miserably as he worries caused him to lose focus, while the other boy was able to pass. Why? Because the other boy didn't care what he was going to get as a grade, instead he tried his hardest and let whatever happen, happen without fighting it. I have yet not mastered this advice as I tend to overcare a lot, but it still has stuck with me over the years none the less.
