Assignment 2- Cloe Kennedy

Over the past year I have not read as much as I wanted to. Of course I read the required material for school, but on top of that I read three other books. The first was “History is All You Left Me” by Adam Silvera, it was a relatively good book although I do not remember much about it. It discusses how the main character envisions his future and challenges the reader to think about how we take things for guaranteed. The second book was “It” by Stephen King, I have read several King books previously but decided to read this before seeing the movie. The third book was “The Sun is Also a Star” by Nicola Yoon, I will admit I was confused about the characters until I read more about it. I enjoyed how it was realistic but incorporated fantasy aspects, parts of it reminded me of how “Bridge to Terabithia” was written.
