Assignment 3 - Kelden Andrews
I have been out of the country 3 times in my life but have visited 6 countries in that time the first was when I was 10 or 11 I went on a cruise with my family and we stopped in the Bahama's and the Dominican Republic. The second time really gave me a love of travel and this was partly because it was with great friends and great stories. We went to Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. We swam over coral and sailed on a frigate. We hiked up a bridge and swam in hot spring fed pools. We walked through the outback and explored a city. And this was all with my good friends. My most recent international escapade was this summer with my trip to Iceland. I went there with my good friends again Parker, Will and Jackson and we were unescorted which was super cool and really liberating. It was also a great exercise in planning and logistics. Overall the feeling I get from travelling is just how small Lexington is, I want to see the whole world experience everything and these travels are just the beginning of my own.
