Aaron Moseley- Assignment 14

In my family, Thanksgiving can look very different. On my mom's side of the family, we usually have a small Thanksgiving with some of my close family. Most of the time, we go to my uncle's house and have a Thanksgiving meal with my uncle, aunt, and grandma. But, my dad's side of the family is completely different. We have Thanksgiving with my grandparents, cousins, second cousins, and anyone they wanted to bring. Both of these are really great in my eyes. When I have Thanksgiving first with my mom's side, I really like having the ability to talk a lot with just a few people and I like getting to know specifically what they've done over the past year. But, I also like the version of Thanksgiving from my dad's side. It's great to see everyone on that side of the family and I like talking to everyone even though I might not get to see all of them as much as the people on my mom's side of the family. Overall, I like the holiday, even though it's not my favorite, as Thanksgiving is a great time to see family that you haven't the rest of the year.
