Assignment 13- Hampton Jefferson
It was a sad day when the FDA banned Juuls. What makes it worse is that the ban was completely unwarranted and unnecessary. The ban was on the basis that Juuls were "unhealthy" and "not good for youths". However, this is completely not true as no studies have come out saying it is unhealthy. It is pretty much impossible for them to be unhealthy as they are made mostly of fruit which gives it its flavor. Therefore, Juuls cannot be bad for one's health, and they may even improve it. Juuls also are the best thing to happen to youths in this millennium. They provide something to do on weekends. Guys and girls immediately become the most popular people in school if they spend the entire weekend laying in their bed Juuling. I get that the FDA was trying to help the youth population, but they did it on a bunch of baseless claims and have now left them with nothing to do on weekends.
