War seems to be a common go to in today's foreign relations. However, I believe war is inevitable even when there seems to be another way around the situation. There is no true time for war, as there should never be a time for killing citizens of different countries.
As I was growing up I was told to use my words instead of actions when faced with a difficult situation or problem. I have never been in the position to decide whether war is the right decision, however, I do not believe the head of countries is doing there absolute best to stay away from war. History has proven that the United States like to go to war, as we have had many "wars" during our time as a country where many could have been avoided. There ought to be representatives from each country that has a diplomatic way of deciding a conflict.
I believe the only time a country may declare war is when an act of hatred and terrorism is committed on a country for no reason at all.
