Aaron Moseley Assignment 19
A few years ago, I was watching a documentary with some of my family about a performing arts school in Los Angeles. In this documentary, a band director within the school talked about a piece of advice he gives to all of his students; "Early is on time, on time is late, late is dead." Even though this advice was not given specifically to me by someone I know, it has been ingrained in my mind since then. Throughout the time since then, I have tried to be early to every activity, commitment, or project. I try to show others that I am serious about whatever we may be doing at the time through this and I show them that I am committed. It has really helped me improve relationships with the leaders of activities, just showing how much I care about it. It has also helped me with time management, being able to plan when I am supposed to leave for something or when I'm supposed to get ready.
