Assignment 24 - Thomas Noll

It’s tragically hilarious how each successive year somehow becomes the most eventful of your life. Perhaps this will change with age, but for now Junior year has held up its end of the trend. Right from the start I was lucky enough to be part of Fool For Love, and I also started tutoring math in the mornings and drove myself to school. Through these new responsibilities I strengthened new and old friendships and certainly made some of my fondest memories of high school so far. These opportunities and close friends because of them helped me end a harmful relationship, but also led to the loss of a best friend. For the first time in my life procrastination became a non-issue, partly because a lack of time made for nearly perpetual hustling, but I also gained new skills to deal with the inundation of work (skills really being put to the test right now). My imperfect and muddy grasp of existence continues to evolve, and I would consider this a success. After all, the whole factor that makes science legitimate is its recognition to self fallacy. Our time isn't over yet, I don't know yet what I will do over the summer but I intend to be active in the community someway or another. Senior year the cycle begins again, and with six AP classes and a new slurry of activities the one goal will persist: can the trend continue?
