Problems: Sleeping
A significant problem has come up this school year that has never really been a problem for me in the past. It is sleeping. I simply can not get more than 6 or 7 hours a sleep during most weekdays and some weekends. This could be attributed to homework. But honestly, the time I spend not sleeping is not used doing homework; rather, it used thinking about doing homework, planning when I'm going to do homework, and scheming how I can take the least amount of my time doing the homework. Due to my procrastination, I often have to wake up early to do homework and get even less sleep. It truly is strange. This has become quite an issue as I am tired during the day, and can not focus consistently. I have decided to do my homework at night, late at night. It is more effective for me to do homework from nine to eleven at night then sit in bed on my phone. If I do this, I should be better off.
