I'm going to elaborate on one of my confusions, a fear of death. It's an odd thing worrying about something that has no bearing on your life. Think about it, try and find one aspect of your life that will be affected by your death, you can't. The only ones bothered will be those who care about you, which is definitely important but should a life long dream of yours be held back by other people's wants, when your dead you're dead your either completely insentient or you go to a nice shiny place. It's a useless thought experience, which I don't like. If you regret anything in life it's going to feel way worse especially if you're just psyching yourself out about how dangerous it is. Now don't go wing gliding because of this attitude but taking risks is part of life and chances are you won't be killed, in which case it's worth it, or you'll be dead in which case it doesn't matter.
