Aaron Moseley Assignment 15

Something that peaks my "geek meter" is going down the YouTube rabbit hole. Usually about once a month, I'll find a topic on YouTube that I get really interested in. When this happens, I usually watch a ton of videos on just that topic over the next few weeks and I have a fun time doing it. It's not really a specific type of topic, but I tend to focus on obscure story aspects of some of my favorite movie or video game franchises. It's really one of my favorite things to do and I always get pretty happy when I find a new topic to look at. This type of thing really captivates me because it helps me learn more about established universes that I've seen but don't completely understand. For example, I done this type of thing with the Star Wars universe. Even though I'd seen all the movies, I didn't realize exactly how complex the universe was and I gained a completely different understanding of the movies afterward.
