Assignment 14 - Lydia Klumb

My family is pretty relaxed when it comes to Thanksgiving. We eat turkey, bring side dishes, have some pie, all the typical Thanksgiving traditions. One holiday that we do go all out on, however, is Christmas. My family has three live Christmas trees every year. We also have tons of holiday traditions. For example, every year on Christmas Eve my family all opens on gift. That gift is a new pair of pajamas that we sleep in that night and wear on Christmas morning when opening presents. After the celebration with just my mom, dad, sister, and I, we pile in the car and head to my Grandpa's house to celebrate with extended family. We spend the rest of the day there talking, eating, and watching Christmas movies. I love Christmas because it is one of the few times a year that I am able to see some of my extended family.
