In light of the Henry Clay Blue Devils Mens Basketball Team's recent District Championship, I will be doing an in depth analysis of how to get buckets.
Step One: First thing you need to do when trying to put a basketball in the the basket is get the ball, so make sure your teammate who is taking the ball out throws the ball to you.
Step Two: The second step to getting two points (or three) is to dribble the ball up the court. If the opposing team is pressing, you can pass the ball to your teammates, or if you are a really good player, dribble it up yourself.
Step 3: The Third Step and the hardest step is creating space for yourself to shoot. You can do this in a variety of ways. True hoopers will take it upon themselves to dribble their defender and shoot it themselves by using a move such as a crossover. (a move in which the player quickly switches hands)If this is too difficult, pass the ball around until you become open.
Step 4: The fourth step Is simple. Shoot the basketball into the basket.
Step 5: The fifth step is essential. Celebration. One can either dab, air guitar, or backflip. All of these are good options.
