Assignment 23-Lydia Klumb's "New Finds" Playlist

I love listening to music, whether it's during a long car ride, while doing homework, or when I'm cleaning my room, I'm bound to be listening to something. One of my favorite things to do is find new music. I've made a playlist where I add new music that I like, and once I know the song well enough, I add it to one of my other Spotify playlists. Here are five of my favorites from the list.

Rainbow by Kasey Musgraves - This song is so pretty and has a positive message, which I like to listen to when I've had a bad day.

The Good Parts by Andy Grammer - I like other songs by Andy Grammer ("Fine By Me", "Honey I'm Good", etc.) and I stumbled on this song when I was playing one of his albums. I really enjoyed the melody and lyrics, so I added it to this playlist.

Waves by Dean Lewis - This song is not a new song, but it is new to me, as is the artist. I discovered Dean Lewis by hearing his song "Be Alright" on the radio one day. I loved his voice so I decided to look him up on Spotify and listen to his other songs, which is how I heard this song.

You're Such A by Hailee Steinfeld - This is one of the few upbeat songs I have on this playlist right now. The lyrics amused me and I liked the tempo/beat/melody (I'm not good with music terms). Most of the other songs on this playlist are either sad, slow, or both so I thought this was a good change of pace.

Location by AJR - This is actually a cover of the song "Location" by Khalid. I also enjoy the original version, but AJR is a band that I really like and their cover of the song was beautiful, so I added it to the playlist.
