Assignment 24 - Lydia Klumb
Junior year has been a roller coaster of a year. There have been many highs, but also many lows. New classes, teachers, and friends (yay!) but also stress, too many extracurriculars with not enough time, stress, 5 AP classes, and more stress (not so yay). Luckily, I have had amazing friends and family with me to cheer me on during the highs and support me during the lows. As the year has progressed, I have gotten much better with time management and dealing with stress. There are, however, times when I procrastinate (usually on Key Terms) and have to stay up until 2 in the morning to finish the assignment. I am hoping that I will be able to attend GSP over the summer, but if not I will be attending Nationals with my dance studio and will be finishing up college tours and preparing for the application process. Next year I hope to be more involved in school clubs and activities, and hope to take on more of a leadership role in some of the clubs that I am already in. Hopefully I will continue to earn straight A's in my classes and earn scholarships to the colleges I apply for, but I also want to grow closer to my friends and spend more time relaxing and focusing on "self care" (a bit cliché, I know). Hopefully next year will be as good as, if not even better than this year was!
